My friend raises chickens (laying hens). She kindly shares her eggs with all the neighbors. In return I started painting & collaging her egg cartons with KITCHEN ART. When returning them I fill them with cherry tomatoes & herbs from our garden or some mini cookies etc. The boxes now make the rounds between neighbors. It’s fun to see them on the kitchen counter & even more fun to see what they end up holding…everything from eggs to paper clips to vitamins 😂. It’s an EGG-cellent way to create, share, & connect.
