When my husband got a new job, we put our things and our dog into a moving truck and across the country from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, to Fresno, California. It's a trip of over 2,700 miles, and I realized we were going to go through a number of state capitals on the way, so we stopped to see them. This map documents our trip, including some things we saw (and maybe some things we probably didn't see).
