This was the view that greeted me after an early morning hike around the coastal path. Poldhu beach is situated on the west of the Lizard Peninsula just down from the infamous Marconi Monument.
Poldhu beach cafe serves food 363 days of the year and the lifeguards vigilantly watch the waters in the Summer season.
