Very Vegan Smoothie

We came up with a dairy-free smoothie that is just as creamy and rich as the dairy-based ones we used to make before we learned one of my daughters is lactose-intolerant. Bananas boost the body and creamy texture of this smoothie, and we add pears, spinach or kale, and berries to pump up the flavor and nutrients. She’s a self-proclaimed picky eater but wholly approves of this very vegan smoothie!
