The Venissa estate is an ancient walled vineyard restored by the Bisol family that dominates the Island of Mazzorbo and gives its name to the restaurant/ostello structure that is managed by the renowned Bellunese chef Paola Budel.
The Venissa estate also plays host to vegetable gardens, orchards and a fish farm which emphasize the enogastronomic culture of the Lagoon.
