Uji, Kyoto, Japan by AW Illustrations
Tokyo, JPUji, the home of Matcha, is a lovely town surrounded by green hills, clear rivers and streams which are perfect for cultivating green tea leaves. My cousins lived in this little town and my family often visited them when I was little. While our parents enjoyed their tea ceremony at a tea house by Uji river, my cousins and I would go to our favorite ice cream shop and indulged ourselves into creamy dreamy green matcha ice cream! Still now, their skyscraper-towering-matcha sandae is an absolute dream food!!

Hoi An, Vietnam by AW Illustrations

A number of good restaurants/street vendors and cafes with lovely local specialities! I especially loved Banh Mi, Vietnamese yummy sandwich. I could eat this all day :)
