It is one of the many many islands in Fuji's Mamanuca group and is surrounded by a beautiful white sand beach and large lagoon. It takes just 7 minutes to walk around the whole island. There are only two cottages and electricity is by generator. The island is used for day trips from Nadi but at night it becomes your own private island! The only light is from lanterns and the glorious starry sky!!!During the nesting season it is also a sanctuary for turtles!

Koh Phi Phi Don is the best tiny island you should travel from Phuket, Thailand. It is excellent for snorkeling because the water is light blue and transparent and you are able to see coral reefs, the most exotic sea creatures ever and monkeys live on the island too :) A lot of shots from the movie "The Beach" were shot there.
