This "map" is of the Northeastern US. It is actually a combination of 4 maps, one of each of the large Northeastern US cities (Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York City and Boston). Each map has been abstracted such that the major rivers running through the city appear as trees, hence "City Trees". I have lived in the Northeastern US for the last 10 years and love each of these 4 cities.
I have lived in this neighborhood longer than anywhere else in my life so far. I never get tired of walking around and admiring all the different styles of architecture. In the spring, there is a house tour where you get to see the interiors as well.
Founded in 1630, Boston is a focal point of US history. Each year we welcome sports and music fans, artists and history buffs. A unique city that deserves recognition for all it has to offer. Come visit! Enjoy a Fenway Frank, ride on a Swan Boat, and stroll through The Commons.
Visit seagulls at the beach, bison at the park, parrots on Telegraph Hill, Claude the albino alligator at the Steinhart Aquarium of the California Academy of Sciences (and tons of other wonderful wonderful animals!), and lots more critters across the city on this guide to San Francisco's animals! Though this map does depict some (real) major streets and freeways, it is not to scale, so the distance between these places can be misleading, and all references are approximate.
