Here's my map of Cardiff, Wales, UK and all the things I love to do when I get to go there including speak some Welsh! Hwyl!

I proudly introduce my hometown Aachen to you. It is in the very west of Germany, right at ther border to Belgium and the Netherlands.
In the center is the Emperor Cathedral that had been built in the late 8th Century. It is surrounded by other historical buildings like the roman columns in the "Hof", or the Elisenbrunnen, a fountain with healing water. Aachen is full of fountains and monuments, like this of the little girl with the great "Printe" a Gingerbread from Aachen.

I wanted to show just how old this village is, and how it has so many interesting historical sites. And to put Invicta rampant.

This map is part of a bigger mapping project and the first of the series.
