Istanbul, the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus, European and Asian side

This is my neighborhood outside of Atlanta, GA - a lakeside community that is designated as a natural wildlife preserve. My house is an original cabin to the area, was the town brothel in the 30's and supposedly Al Capone stayed here. It is called "The House of Joy". It is on Lake Cheerful (no kidding).

This was one of my favourite walks and stuff to do when I was living in London. You can do the walk in an hour or so...if you walk fast, or you can make it into a whole day thing by visiting some of the museums, sitting in the park, indulging in the buzz around Harrods and spending your last pennies at the cafe's on Walton Street.

NOLA is one of my favourite places to visit, with lots of food and music traditions. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

I'm so happy to be here! I really enjoyed to see all participants works.I drew Miyajima Map. My home town is Hiroshima,in Japan. Miyajima is an ancient beautiful small island in Hiroshima. I wanted to show you the beauty and friendly atmosphere of Miyajima.

Having been living here for a year no, I have to say, Singapore is the most convenient city to live in. Exciting events and endless food plus great friends, you'll love it too!

I wanted to show just how old this village is, and how it has so many interesting historical sites. And to put Invicta rampant.

This map is part of a bigger mapping project and the first of the series.

Smela's coat of arms depicts a girl breaking the arrow. According to the legend, during one of the Golden Horde raids, a local girl guided Russian warriors to the rear of the invaders. The enemy were defeated but the girl was killed with the enemy's arrow. Nobody knew her name, so they simply called her Smela ('a brave girl' in Russian). When the town was established there, they dicided to keep the name to commemorate the girl who saved the warriors and the local people.
