Mapping This Moment: Where We Go for our COVID19 Walks by DanteMom
Daly City, CA, USI’ve mapped where Dante and I go on our almost daily COVID 19 walks. With my iPhone in hand, I’ve documented most of our walks that’s full of botanicals on my personal home life IG @DanteMom. The walks is a chance for Dante and me to bond. I’ve called it daily homeschooled field trips on foot. The orange dotted line walk takes us approximately 30 minutes to walk with only 4500 steps on average. Hope you enjoy our neighborhood walk to the Westlake area in Daly City, California!

Where We Walk - A Getaway from the City to Büyükada, Istanbul by Cansu Tastan
Istanbul / Izmir / Bodrum, TRThis place is special to me because, it is the small, charming part of the city I like to escape to. There are no motor vehicles allowed so everybody is walking or cycling. As a kid, I practiced my bike riding skills here, in my teen years I used to visit the beaches and the parks with friends, as an artist I still like to take inspiration from the buildings and streets. I enjoy the sights, history and multicultural elements. The Istanbul Biennale usually takes place on locations listed here on the map. Sometimes I like to sail here or just take the ferry for 30 minutes to enjoy some fresh seafood. There are many things to explore and enjoy when you visit the Büyükada in Istanbul.

Bibi & Leti's Epic Walk to School by Leticia Plate
Portland, Maine, USThis place is special to me because it makes me smile... I was lucky to spend part of my young life in Rome, Italy. Through High School, my best friend Bibi and I would walk to school together wandering through the splendor of the Roman Forum, taking small paths though the ruins. Of course, being a teen, I was not fully aware of the beauty of it all, but I was focused catching up on our feelings about life, love and homework... (and saying hi to the Forum cats, of course!). I went back as an adult and I was blown away by the rich history and amazing-ess of this spot in Rome.
