Falmouth, Cornwall by Sheila Moxley
I decided to illustrate a map of my home town as there are loads of interesting features. Hopefully it will inspire other people to visit.

The Fan City of Karlsruhe, Germany by Cornelia Varlam
From the palace the streets go out like rays through the houses and the huge forest- that is why Karlsruhe is also called "the fan city". The sights are from 18th century onwards. It's a little piece of heaven where you can be in touch with nature, feel like royalty in the royal garden, and still be in a very contemporary city.

Port Royal, South Carolina by Tammy Nold
Beaufort, SC, USAThis is a map of the old Port Royal, SC section of the city. A quaint waterfront less-traveled town. It can be discovered through the many seaside natural attractions for those wanting to 'take a load off'.

A Day in Saarbrücken, Germany by Tini Malitius
Starting with lunch at the "Tempelier" (a beautiful little Belgian pub), finishing with "am Staden" - a little place in the sun.

Nantucket Island, Massachusetts by Katie Coulton
Handstitched with perle cotton on muslin

Mountain Park, Georgia by Amy Schimler-Safford
Roswell, GA, USAThis is my neighborhood outside of Atlanta, GA - a lakeside community that is designated as a natural wildlife preserve. My house is an original cabin to the area, was the town brothel in the 30's and supposedly Al Capone stayed here. It is called "The House of Joy". It is on Lake Cheerful (no kidding).

Hopkins, Belize by Sharon Wagner
Minneapolis, MN, USMost people that venture to Belize spend most of their time on one of the islands. But the farming and fishing community of Hopkins offers many cultural and indigenous (Garifuna) rewards. Its unique character can't be beat. Except when you are listening to some of the best drumming in Belize!
