If you haven't had the chance to visit Boulder yet, you are in for a real treat.It's the capitol of " anything goes" which applies to style, religion and of course, food. Home to the University of Colorado, Boulder is diversified by the thousands of students that attend here as well as the locals. The starting point is our house, because we reside at the geological center of Boulder! 2 blocks east and you're on Pearl Street, which has first class shopping and lots of awesome places to eat. To the West is the "playground of the West" The Flat Irons and Chatauqua Park with endless trails and beautiful views. Be sure to drive up Boulder Canyon, and check out the sleepy mountain town of Nederland and grab some Nepali food at Kathmadu after your hike!
