Kagurazaka is my absolute favorite place in Tokyo! They have a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops that sell authentic Japanese stuff, and plenty of traditional architecture, such as Akagi shrine and Zenkoku temple. It is the perfect place to hang out with your friends and enjoy the lively atmosphere!
