I illustrated this map for TheNosher.com to accompany a detailed Food Guide to the Jewish Food of LA, which was co-produced by The Gefilteria. With this map, I wanted to illustrate the great diversity of Jewish food in LA, from Ashkenazi classics like bagels and challah, to Persian Jewish kabobs, Yemenite kubaneh bread and Israeli markets.
