I like the "historic" and "modern" concept behind your map. It's funny, now that I think about it: this division is true for a lot of cities in India that have a river running through them. They tend to be "old city" on one side and "modern" on the other side of the river. Ahmedabad is the same.

Very cute. One correction though, all the ladies in Pune wear a scarf/stole to cover head & face, in all seasons whenever they step out!
