I visited the Medina inTunis 5 years ago. It was an amazing place with anything for sale from socks and underwear, vegetables, carpets, jewels, etc. The maze of winding alleyways with so many shops and historic buildings was amazing! I spent hours and hours there just wandering (don't worry about getting lost!). It was fun to buy the street snacks, find a tea shop and sit and watch the world go by!
